Sarah Daley – Rock Choir Chobham
Sarah joined Rock Choir after searching online for a way to meet new people and enjoy something she had always loved doing.
“I wanted to join and meet people and I love singing.”
That decision led her to her local Rock Choir in Chobham, where she quickly became part of a friendly and welcoming group.
A place to sing and connect
From her early rehearsals, Sarah found that being part of a local choir gave her exactly what she had been looking for.
“I always look forward to Rock Choir, everyone is friendly.”
That sense of connection, alongside the shared enjoyment of singing, has made it something she continues to return to week after week.
“Recording at Abbey Road was a dream come true”
One of the standout moments in Sarah’s experience has been recording at Abbey Road Studios.
“I loved recording the songs, it was my dream come true, it was a great experience.”
Being part of that moment brought together her love of music and the opportunity to take part in something truly memorable.
Performing and making memories
Alongside recording, Sarah has taken part in a range of performances and events with Rock Choir.
“I also loved performing the shows at Edinburgh Fringe.”
She has also been part of events such as Guilfest, Carfest and local carnivals, each one adding to her experience and giving her the chance to perform in different settings.
Looking ahead, she is excited about what is still to come.
“I’m looking forward to going to Marbella and performing the shows.”
Singing, friendship and new experiences
For Sarah, Rock Choir brings together everything she enjoys.
“I love singing and being with my friends and learning new songs.”
From rehearsals in Chobham to performances further afield, it has become a place where she can enjoy music, spend time with others and look forward to what’s next.
