Emma Howard – Rock Choir Rugby

Emma joined Rock Choir after a recommendation from her auntie, who encouraged her to try something new.

She had always wanted to sing, and that encouragement gave her the confidence to take the first step and join her local Rock Choir in Rugby.

Trying something new

From the beginning, Rock Choir gave Emma the opportunity to explore something she had always been interested in.

Joining her local choir became a way to enjoy singing in a relaxed and welcoming environment, alongside others who share that same passion.

“Something I will never forget in my life”

One moment stands out as particularly special during her time with Rock Choir.

“Singing a duet with Caroline was soo special and something that I will never forget in my life.”

It is a memory that has stayed with her, reflecting a moment that meant a great deal and continues to stand out in her experience.

Performing in memorable settings

Alongside that, Emma has taken part in performances that have added to her journey.

“Doing a Rock Choir performance at Blenheim Palace was pretty special and magical.”

Being part of performances in unique settings has made her experience even more memorable.

Evenings to look forward to

For Emma, rehearsals are just as important as the performances themselves.

“I love Rock Choir because I love singing and choir is the best three hours ever, chatting to everyone and having an amazing time.”

Those regular evenings in Rugby have become something she looks forward to, bringing together music, conversation and shared enjoyment.

A love of singing and shared moments

At the heart of Emma’s experience is a genuine love of singing and being part of a group.

From trying something new to creating moments she will always remember, Rock Choir has given her a place to enjoy music and spend time with others who share that same enthusiasm.
