Stacey Rae is a versatile contemporary singer and experienced vocal coach whose musical journey began in the brass bands of the Midlands, where she played trumpet and tenor horn from the age of seven. Her musical instinct was clear from the very beginning—whistling before she could walk or talk—and by the age of ten, she was performing solo vocals in public.
Although her academic path was rigorous, music remained her constant focus. Stacey holds a BTEC National Diploma in Creative Music (Triple Distinction), a Foundation Degree in Music Design and Performance from Bournemouth University, and a BA (Hons) in Music from the University of Southampton.
With a passion for nurturing talent and a deep-rooted love of performance, Stacey continues to inspire singers of all levels, combining technical skill with heartfelt artistry in everything she does.
Stacey has now enhanced her role with Rock Choir after being promoted to Head Of Choir Leaders, since 2023 she has used her wealth of enthusiasm and experience to recruit, train and inspire the next generation of Choir Leaders as well as nurture and maintain the existing group of talented musicians we have in the expansive team.
