Sarah graduated with a BMus (Hons) from the University of Birmingham and went on to complete a Postgraduate Diploma in Vocal Studies at Birmingham Conservatoire for which she was awarded a Distinction.

Sarah has been conducting choirs for over 20 years and has extensive experience rehearsing and performing across all genres and repertoires. She loves using her energetic personality and expertise to enthuse singers and musicians of all ages and abilities.

Sarah has conducted her choirs at prestigious events and venues including Birmingham Symphony Hall, the Edinburgh Festival and Abbey Road Studios and has done multiple radio and tv appearances. As a soloist Sarah has performed throughout the country including at Nottingham Royal Concert Hall, York Minster and Westminster Abbey. She has performed at BBC Proms in The Park, The Royal Albert Hall, Birmingham Symphony Hall and at national arenas including The O2, the NEC and the Liverpool Echo Arena. Locally, Sarah performs regularly as a soloist at concerts, weddings and private and corporate events.

Sarah also has extensive experience as a classroom music teacher and a peripatetic and private singing teacher. She loves combining her passion for singing and teaching and is thrilled she can utilise all her musical skills as a Choir Leader with Rock Choir in Leicestershire.
