Natasha is an accomplished musician, educator, and choir leader with over 20 years of experience in teaching and performing. With a lifelong passion for music and a deep commitment to nurturing musical talent in others, she brings energy, expertise, and heart to every rehearsal and performance.
Natasha’s musical journey began in childhood, where her dedication and talent quickly became clear. She achieved Grade 8 in piano, flute, and singing at a young age, laying a strong foundation for a career immersed in music. Her formal education began at City University, London, where she earned a BMus Honours degree in 2003. As part of her degree, she studied musical performance at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, one of the UK’s most prestigious conservatoires.
It was during her postgraduate studies, a PGCE at the University of Greenwich, that Natasha discovered her true calling: teaching. Over the past two decades, she has served as a primary school teacher, performing arts leader, and specialist music educator, working in a variety of settings to make music accessible, engaging, and transformative for children of all ages and abilities.
Natasha has directed and coached numerous youth choirs, vocal groups, and solo performers, many of whom have gone on to perform at high-profile venues across the UK. Her groups have sung on stages as iconic as Glyndebourne, the O2 Arena, and the Royal Albert Hall, reflecting her ability to inspire excellence and confidence in young musicians.
Natasha is known for her warm, inclusive approach and her belief that everyone can sing. Whether working with beginners or experienced performers, she fosters an environment where singers feel supported, challenged, and celebrated. Her rehearsals are filled with laughter and a need not just to build musical skills, but to cultivate confidence, community, and a lifelong love for singing.
