To celebrate one of the best-selling music artists in history and the nation’s favourite dancing competition, our Rock Choir Leaders up and down the country teamed up with Blue Fish Entertainments to bring you a very special performance of Whitney Houston’s ‘I Wanna Dance With Somebody’, a song we love and also one that we perform at Rock Choir!

WE PRESENT TO YOU ✨ STRICTLY ROCK CHOIR! ✨

Below are a few words from Danielle Drayton, the Creative Director of Blue Fish Entertainments, on working with Rock Choir:

“Blue Fish Ents were asked to help support Rock Choir to create a fun team-building experience for the choir leaders and at the same time create an exciting music video.

We were thrilled to be involved and worked closely with Tom George, Josh Byrd and Lee Geere on the creative aspects of the shoot.

From the start, the whole choir was full of energy and really excited about the project. I taught them some choreography which they picked up so quickly and with great humour, energy and vitality.

We only had 3 hours to create the whole music video and were using multiple areas of the venue and two of our amazing Blue Fish Professional Dancers, Rhodri and Sara. Everyone worked super hard and we had such a wonderful time singing and dancing along to ‘I Wanna Dance With Somebody’.

It is a testament to everyone involved that we pulled off everything we did in such a short time.

Myself and the dancers were welcomed immediately into the group and we LOVED being part of the Rock Choir family for the day. Can’t wait for the next one. Thank you for having us Rock Choir!”
