Once the request has been received and processed, a member of our events team will reach out to gather further information to manage your request.

Please ensure you have included as much event information as possible. For example, if the event is indoors/outdoors, large/small event, number of attendees etc...

Please provide details about the accessibility of the performance space and grounds/venue. Is the venue fully accessible with level access? If there are steps, please specify. Is there a lift available? Are accessible toilets available?

Please provide information about parking facilities for those with accessibility needs. Are there Blue Badge parking bays? If so, how many? If there aren’t any, how far is the nearest parking from the venue?

Please Note: We require space for a minimum of 30 choir members to perform and will not be able to proceed with your request if space cannot accommodate our minimum numbers.
