Our Special Single Release ‘Make Your Own Kind of Music – Live From Althorp’ in Support of the Diana Award is Out Now!
We’re thrilled to announce an incredible fundraising project that combines music, community, and a powerful message of positive change. In September, 350 Rock Choir members gathered at the beautiful Althorp House, the childhood home of Princess Diana, to record a unique version of Make Your Own Kind of Music in support of The Diana Award.
This year marks the 25th anniversary of The Diana Award, an inspiring charity created in memory of Princess Diana and her belief in the power of young people to change the world. The charity honors young role models, helping them foster social action and create a positive impact across the UK and globally.
Set against the stunning backdrop of Althorp, Lord Spencer, Diana’s brother, was present to witness the choir’s heartfelt performance and later shared his excitement about the project, saying:
“It was a rare treat to hear Rock Choir’s beautiful voices, with their catchy harmonies, performing at Althorp for The Diana Award. I am excited to see how such a joyous fundraising initiative will benefit this fabulous charity, which keeps my sister Diana’s legacy alive, a quarter of a century on, while empowering young people across the world.”
