BBC’s Trust Me I’m A Doctor
Featuring Dr Michael Mosley and Rock Choir.
Rock Choir was invited by BBC’s Trust me I’m a Doctor featuring Dr Michael Mosley, to take part in an experiment led by Nottingham University to test the release of the feel-good group of natural drugs in the brain called endocannabinoids.
Rock Choir Members were asked to take part in cycling and dancing and then a Rock Choir session whilst being monitored and tested after each activity.
Although cycling and dancing released these feel-good chemicals, the Rock Choir group-singing activity released 20% more proving that a group-singing Rock Choir session offers Members the best chance to experience a feel-good high at the end of the session.
