Rock Choir follows the Surrey County Council and Glasgow City Council school calendars but rehearses for ten weeks each term with various performances throughout the year. Rehearsal dates may vary according to region or county so please confirm dates with your own Choir Leader.
Please be aware that the large Rock Choir events take place at the end of the Summer term in June and July. By this point, the Rock Choir annual repertoire will be at its strongest. Please keep these weeks free for extra or longer rehearsals.
Dates and details of performances and events will be given to you at the earliest time possible with letters offered to you within the same term.
If you cannot attend one or more of your normal rehearsals, it is possible for you to jump into an alternative rehearsal in the week missed or attend more than one in the same week when you are available again. Although this is not ideal and you will ultimately not gain quite the same experience, it will at least help you to keep up with the rest of your choir.
